Realizing the HVAC coverage gap

Charlie Banks, a commercial real estate broker, was all too familiar with the friction that HVAC issues created in tenant negotiations. With high replacement costs and limited maintenance options, Charlie was surprised to find that no comprehensive HVAC insurance solution existed in the market—leaving landlords and tenants stressed out and overburdened by unpredictable costs.
